Three Sherpas

No - you're not seeing things. Yes - you've come to the same ol' same ol' place. One of the things I've wanted for this new year is a fresh new look and a fresh new site. A white page awaiting for me to fill it with color and life.
I'm still getting acquainted with my new home...arranging and re-arranging the furniture..painting the walls and adding the all-important finishing touches. It is - like me - a work in constant progress.
The best part of this new studio space is that it not only offers me a new window..but also a little 'Shoppe' in which anyone can stop in and visit. Not yet up and running..but stay tuned for its 'Grand Opening'!!!
And - as always - thanks to you'all for your ongoing support. Without you - this wouldn't be possible.
Today - three boys....making their way thru the deep snow..pulling their sleds behind them - somehow reminded me of Tibetan sherpa mountain guides.

A wee point for correction, perhaps? When I put my cursor over a commenter's name, it takes me to your site, not theirs. But I'm guessing that's easily fixed (for someone who understands programming!)

The boys in this shot (I think they are boys) look very like the boys in my life . . . heads down, intent on the next run down the hill, all about the plan . . . I love it.

I love the new look of your blog. There's nothing like plain white for showing off photos in my opinion. And the even better news is now your photos show up full size in my Reader whereas before they were thumbnails.
Nice diagonal composition. Just the right balnce of smooth untouched snow to the sledders and their trail.

Wow love the new blog design!! Ya we have had tons of snow this winter! Of least these kids are having fun in it! To bad they will be going to school until August lol.
I like the fresh design! :) The angle of this shot is very nice. Those boys seem to have a hard time getting through that big pack of snow!
