Spring Fever

A baseball cap..a favorite sweatshirt..and the softest of old soft jeans. Flip flops that bare my winter toes..at last.

It happens every March. A few good days - scattered in among the other winter ones. The sun shines and warms. The birds sing. The earth heaves its first sigh of huge relief.

The calendar has yet to make it official....and I do know that we might still have some winter waiting. But today..for just today - I want to believe..I need to believe - that spring has sprung and is here to stay.

One of my favorite flowers. I always enjoy popping over here to see how you've arranged your subjects. A very fun break in every chance I get to sneak a peek!

I'm always amazed at your great compositions! I can totally relate to this post. This weekend (which just happens to be our anniversary weekend, so I know what the weather is normally like) will be sunny and in the low 80's. It's only happened one other time in the 18 years we've been married! Boat time!
