She is She

In the early morning quiet. In the fog. In the mist. In the day's shadows.

She flits..she floats..she spreads her broad wings sweeping in and sweeping out. She flies.

In a moment - hovering..she stops to catch a view of herself in the waters still and calm. Reflecting back at her her truth. A mirror never lies.

A hint of color on her lips. A glint and a glimmer in her eyes. Wings that are light and bright and free and strong. Elegance and grace and beauty within.

She is she. Wherever she travels..she will forever be.

What an elegant frame for an elegant creature. A contemplative frame with a hundred stories about freedom & change in it. A great photograph, Marcie. All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Minutely and beautifully observed, a poem of observation, in fact. The photo is, as ever, magnificent. I do repeat myself, but I hardly know how else to say it.
