Imagine a Daydream
August 15, 2011
Imagine.
Lying in the long summer grass. Feeling the damp cool warmth of the earth. Hearing the crickets chirping. Listening to the birds and their song. Watching the clouds as they drift slowly by.
Lost in a daydream.
Imagine.

A perfect post title - the photo is a little daydream
Lovely flowers, very dreamy.
gorgeous Marcie!
simply lovely
to dream
I like your composition here, Marcie. As far as that daydream: I do lie in the summer grass among the flowers... a lot!
Thank you Marcie for taking me where I wanted to be :-)
How I long to be lost in a day dream
The light and colors are just beautiful Marcie!
gorgeous little flower in the sun, love the bokeh :)
What a nice place to be taken first thing in the morning...love it!
Love the backlighting and bocca!
Beautiful light and colors Marcie.
The simple things that feel so good, that look so good & that make one beautiful frame, my friend. Well done you! All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.
Love the lights in this picture, where would we be with out our daydreams or dreams.
I think it is a gift to be able to do so.....
I dream away with your wonderful picture.
Have a great day.
Lovely, light and lyrical.
This is what i like Marcie........alone in nature and than laying in the grass and enjoy nature...
Lovely photo! So delicate and dreamy. thanks for sharing it with us.
Gorgeous... Beautiful light and colors. Very dreamy...
I could get lost in a daydream gazing at this. I love how the moisture droplets in the background reflect the light.
:D yeah, i wish i could afford to do that as well.. :) nicely captured..
Marcie, I love how you've added the other senses to your image. I always feel that my photos by themselves fall short of the REAL experience because the other senses are absent.
simple and gorgeous
i love this shot :)
I can't imagine you ever having a time where you didn't have beautiful daydreams? Or perhaps it is on your 'wish list'.....I think it is on mine.
Is your summer breaking up into remnants of approaching fall? My sunflowers, ten feet tall, have taken a beating from the weather and huge storms. cut them down. So sad.
But the crippled heads are still beautiful, wish you had them to work your magic on with your camera....
Aussi beau qu'une musique de Sidney Bechet
Lovely light, composition and bokeh! Very nice.
such pretty backlighting.
I would love to do that. I love the sound of crickets and cicadas at this time of year...I love to watch the clouds float by. What a peaceful, pleasant surrounding this would be.
