Power of Intention

Some days - it's about simply setting an intention.
How do I want to feel? Who do I wish to be? If I could...where would I go..if I could go anywhere at all? If I could..what would I choose? On this one day?
As I stood there watching and waiting....I raised my eyes to the sky...opened my heart to receive. I breathed in..and breathed out.
And there they were. The answer to my intentional question. If I could..if I would - I'd spread my wings. I'd take flight. I'd fly.
And now - at the end of this long day....my feet haven't - yet - touched the ground. There is power in intention. The energy does follow. All it takes is presence and awareness and a willingness to listen to the sound of your heart.
