Very Simple

It's complicated. It's messy. It's confusing.

Everything...all of it...everyday.

It's busy. It's chaotic. It's a list that never ends. It's running to catch my breath and it's chasing my endless tail.

I remind myself to stop. If only for a moment. To look. To see. To breathe and feel.

Whatever was I thinking...has now melted away.

It's really very simple.
