Bovine Love

She sunk slowly down into the soft earth..and the other sunk with her.
One rose to her feet and nuzzled the other to come along.
She sneezed..and so did the other.
The other itched..and she gladly scratched. They leaned into one another. They smiled.... knowing that the other was right there with her.
Sisters or cousins of best of friends? I'm not sure which..and I'm not sure it matters. It occurred to me - as I watched..as I observed - that love is love. No matter wherever or what or who.
